Ardèche Canoe Descent

An exhilarating two-day canoe descent, with a one-night bivouac is the highlight of our Ardèche adventure. 2-person open canoes are used for the descent. The overnight stop is at a bivouac site where Acorn staff cook your evening meal and provide breakfast before your second day of canoeing. In true outdoor style the bivouac involves sleeping under the stars.

Overnight Bivouac

The night of the two-day descent is spent sleeping under the stars as you bivouac on the banks of the river in the deep heart of the gorge.

White Water Rafting

A full day of incredible alpine white water rafting. The rafts usually hold eight people plus an instructor. This activity takes place on progressively more challenging sections of the Dora Baltea River so the excitement grows as the day goes along.
