I am advanced and my children are beginners. How do we meet up after the lessons?
Although you will have different instructors, they will be from the same ski school. You will all meet up together in the mornings, with the instructors, and arrange a place to meet up after the lessons.
Is there a minimum age for children to take part in lessons?
There are age restrictions for the group lessons. Children must be 5 years old for the group ski lessons, and for snowboarding, they usually have to be at least 12.
If you do have a younger child wishing to learn, there are other options available at our resorts, so give us a call and we will happily look into it for you.
What happens if the snow conditions are poor?
If the resort closes because the conditions are not good enough for skiing we will try to make whatever alternative arrangements we can. Usually, this means transporting you to another resort if there is a suitable one within two hours of your accommodation. If not, we will try to make alternative arrangements for you to stay at a different hotel in a resort that has better conditions.
If you have a day of bad weather e.g. Heavy Rain, and are not able to take your lessons. We will do our best to reschedule the missed lessons for another day.
What if I am a snowboarder?
If you would like to Snowboard instead of skiing, that’s fine - most of our resorts are suitable for both skiers and snowboarders alike. You can upgrade to a Snowboarding package when booking online, or just give us a call and we will give you a quote for the alternative hire and lessons (if required).
