What are the tents like?

Acorn tents are basic and comfortable. They are only used for sleeping, as our self-contained villages each have their own play area and central marquee for eating and socialising.

All tents have solid floors and metal, sprung beds.

The Principal Tent for each family will normally be equipped with items such as an Inner Tent to provide a small bedroom area, a hanging wardrobe, lighting, and sometimes a patio table and chairs. At our centres in France and Italy, the tents may also have a mirror, a small fridge and a bedside table.

Secondary tents, normally used for children, contain just the solid floor and metal-sprung beds.  It is often possible to book just secondary tents and receive quite a good discount.  Call us on 0800 074 9791.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a swimming pool on site?

There is a swimming pool on site at Camping La Savane (France) and at Cala Llevado (Spain). The swimming pool in France may not be suitable for weak swimmers as there is no shallow end. If you do have younger children, we advise you bring swimming aids if required.

There isn’t a swimming pool on site in Villeneuve (Italy), however, there is a pool in the village which you can visit as part of your excursion day.
